THE FINE PRINT
The Pool, Hot Tubs and Sauna are available only to resident guests. Permission for additional guests not registered in your room may be granted. Please ask one of our agents at the Front Desk for more information and fees.
Pet Friendly Rooms: Winter Park Mountain Lodge offers designated Pet-friendly rooms. A pet fee of $25 will apply for the first pet and $10 for one additional pet in the same room. Maximum of two pets per room. Non-registered pets will incur a cleanup charge of $50 per pet.
Non-Smoking Rooms: All our rooms are non-smoking and we strictly enforce non-smoking regulations for the comfort of all or guests. A clean-up fee of $200 will be charged when smoking in the room
Check-in and Check-out: Check-in is at 4:00 pm. Early check in can be granted if room is available and ready. Check-in late at night and until 6:00 am will be charged full rate. Check out time is at 10:00 am. Late check out can be granted until 6 pm if room is available subject to a charge of 50% of paid rate. Check-outs after 6 pm will incur a full rate charge.
Credit Card Authorization for Incidentals: All guests will be asked to present a credit card for incidentals at arrival. If no credit card is available a cash deposit of $100 will be necessary.
Occupancy: All rates are based on double occupancy. Additional guests 12 years and older sharing the same room will have a charge of $25 per person per night with a maximum of 4 guests per room.
Summer Policy (May 1 to October 31, 2012) :
Deposit and Payment: Reservations booked 30 days or more prior to arrival date, require a deposit of 35% of lodging total. Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date. Credit cards given as deposit will be charged for final payment. Reservations booked 14 days or less prior to arrival date, require full payment at time of booking.
Cancellations: Reservations cancelled outside 72 hours prior to arrival date will have a refund of 85% of the total amount paid. 15% will be kept as a cancellation fee. Reservations cancelled within 72 hours prior to arrival date, are non-refundable. There are no refunds for late arrival or early departure.
