Lodging Pass Special

The Winter Park Mountain Lodge Lodging Pass offers an unprecedented affordable lodging option at our beautiful Hotel for a whole year. At $615 plus 4.1% Resort charge and 8.1% Tax, the Lodge Pass offers you a Mountain or Forest view room and Continental breakfast for two. At this nightly rate the Lodge Pass is 40% below the standard room rate during the lowest rated months of the year and over 60%
below the average rate of the winter months.

The Pass is valid for ten nights, redeemable from November 1, 2011 to October 31, 2012. Not valid between December 23, 2011 – January 2, 2012

• Reservations for this package can be made only under the name of the Pass holder and are based on availability. You may be asked to present a
picture ID at check-in.
• Lodging is based on double occupancy and includes Continental Breakfast for two.
• The Lodge Pass rate is based on two adults per room. Children 6 to 12 years of age sharing the same room with their parents do not pay. Charge
for additional adult will apply at prevailing rates.
• Upgrade to a suite can be purchased at an additional charge, pending availability.
• Unused nights at the end of the term can not roll-over to the next period or be credited towards the purchase of a new Lodge Pass
• The Lodge Pass is not valid from December 23, 2011 to January 2, 2012.
• Reservations must be made inside two weeks of arrival.
• One punch will be collected per night for a Sunday through Thursday stay and three punches will be collected per night for a Friday through Saturday stay.
• Cancellations made on the day of arrival cost one punch.
• The Lodge Pass is strictly non-transferable and non-refundable.
